Shine in the night

My client, Ms. Gladys, wanted a demi-couture garment for her special event.

We decided on a princess seamed bodice and scoop neckline to showcase an heirloom. The zipper head was modified with supplemental fabric and beads to add dexterity.

It may seem like a simple ‘Little Black Dress’ but the detail is in the hand sewn applique placements on the sleeves, hem, waistline, and neckline. 

The garment is made of Lightweight black wool, mesh, beaded lace applique and satin for lining.
