Domino Effect

Lady D was one of my first clients to hire me for alterations and has been a cheerleader for my business. I am so grateful to have her as a building mom and friend. 

Lady D came to me and asked me for a Halloween costume last year. She said, “Cynthia, I wanna be a domino.” 

And the most coveted domino she became! Her costume was made of neoprene, boning, metallic fabric from Ms. Karissa’s Beyoncé outfit, and high-pile felt. I also made her a trick-or-treat bag to double as her purse.
